Mixed Martial Arts - Mma

Mixed Martial Arts (Mma) came to fame with the arrival of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Which is a competition/event putting various martial artists of different styles against each other. Eventually competitors began to merge different styles to give themselves a rounded skill base as a fighter. The most used styles thrown into this mix are: Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu (Bjj), Judo, boxing, kickboxing and Thai-boxing (Muay Thai), this effective blend of martial arts is what is known as Mma. Mma is called by many as the modern martial art and is also known to be the fastest growing sport in the world.
