Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the online Malvado Store. By ordering goods from Malvado online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from the Malvado Group of Companies.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
A contract is formed between Malvado and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.
RETURNS
You may return any item free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item. Returned items which are not returned in their original package, will be refunded minus a 10% repackaging fee. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.
DELIVERY
Item’s will be dispatched the same day (were possible) on orders placed before 1400 hrs. It may take up to 1-5 working days or more for your items to arrive depending on your location and delivery option. These are only guidelines, it could well be that your order may be dispatched on the same day of purchase which means it could well arrive the next day.
You may wish to order as many items in one go as possible to save on postage. For example: ordering one kimono (gi) may cost £6 - £8 on postage. It could be that you could add a t-shirt to your order and still pay the same amount on shipping.
PLEASE NOTE
Your items will be dispatched at your own RISK, unless you instruct us to insure it for its total value for an extra amount in case it’s lost during transit. Regardless of you insuring your items or not, this can be selected on our checkout page. Special care is taken by us to insure that fragile objects are protected.
PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See Returns section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to alter or amend the credit charges, to withdraw credit, to accept or reject orders, to request part payment, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal data, kept on our customer’s is for the purpose of our records only. Nothing will be passed on to any third party and you hold the write to request from us a copy of all the information that we have on record about yourself.
